ACE Services – Individualized Technical Assistance/Capacity Building

ACE Philadelphia provides individualized technical assistance/capacity building (TA/CB) services to 28 participating CBOs. Participating CBOs receive customized TA/CB services based on their organizational assessment at no cost. ACE staff members will work collaboratively with CBO clients to:

• recognize and understand unique organizational needs;
• identify gaps and critical barriers to success;
• design and implement programmatic and organizational change and;
• help review and strengthen existing organizational capacities to increase targeted performance areas.

Potential TA/CB services include: board development, human resources, marketing, fundraising, fiscal management, strategic planning, foundation prospecting & program development, software training & applications, program research & evaluation, and programmatic best practices.

With the end of Project ACE quickly approaching, ACE is still able to offer some short – term individualized capacity building projects to CBOs.  Those services include, but are not limited to:

• Customized Microsoft Training
• Community Demographic Overview
• Media Training
