Service Provision Tips- Philadelphia Behavioral Health Network

If you have a client that needs mental health or substance abuse related services, call the Community Behavioral Health (CBH) Line at 1.888.545.2600.  The CBH will provide you with treatment information and refer your client to the appropriate direct service facility in the city.  In order to participate in most of the CBH accredited programs the client must be a recipient of Medicaid.  If your client is not currently a recipient but is eligible, CBH can help enter your client into the system.  If your client is not eligible CBH can help direct you to other funding sources.  Visit the CBH website for more detailed information about services available in Philadelphia and how to access them.  http://www.phila-bhs.org/
