Cable Positive’s Tony Cox Community Fund

Cable Positive’s Tony Cox Community Fund is a national grant program that offers funding to CBOs, ASOs, and cable systems that join forces to present programs or public service announcements regarding HIV/AIDS.  Cable positive donates $100,000 to be divided among different organizations to help sponsor these programs.  Visit http://www.cablepositive.org/programs-tonycox.html to learn more about the requirements.

The gross income allowance for SPBP has been increased

The Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program (SPBP), the HIV/AIDS component, has announced that the gross annual income allowance has been increased.  An individual applying for SPBP can now gross $35,000/year.  All questions should be directed to SPBP via email SPBP@state.pa.us, phone 1-800-922-9384, or US mail SPBP, PO Box 8021 Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17105-8021.  Additional information can also be accessed on the office of Medical Assistance Programs website at www.dpw.state.pa.us/omap.
