AIDS Collaborative for Excellence in Philadelphia
Mission Statement

ACE Philadelphia Strengthens minority serving HIV/AIDS community based organizations through the provisions of FREE technical assistance/capacity building services.

ACE Overview

The AIDS Collaborative for Excellence in Philadelphia (“ACE Philadelphia”) is a private/public partnership between Philadelphia Health Management Corporation (PHMC) and the Philadelphia Department of Public Health’s AIDS Activities Coordinating Office (AACO).  ACE Philadelphia is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health.

Under ACE Philadelphia, eligible community-based organizations (CBOs) have access to customized technical assistance consulting services, can request funds for the purchase of computer hardware up to $4,000 and participate in trainings – ALL FREE OF CHARGE.  ACE team members will visit your organization to explore your individual technical assistance needs, as well as answer any questions you may have about the various services offered through the ACE Philadelphia project.  In order to receive the FREE technical assistance services from ACE Philadelphia, click here to access the appropriate application.  You can submit your applications and forward questions to Tonya Clemon, tclemon@phmc.org or call
